We offer delivery services across the United Arab Emirates, including major cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and others. Some remote or restricted areas may require special arrangements or incur additional fees.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• UAE Delivery: Between 7-14 Working Days.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee: AED [insert fee, e.g., 20]

• Free Delivery: On orders above AED [insert threshold, e.g., 300]

• Remote Area Surcharge: May apply based on courier or distance.

4. Delivery Scheduling

• You may request a specific delivery time slot (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening) at checkout.

• We will do our best to accommodate, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed during peak periods like holidays or Valentine’s Day.

• For urgent/special deliveries, contact us via WhatsApp or phone for arrangements.

5. Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable:

• Our delivery team will call the provided number.

• If unreachable, the driver may leave the item with building security, at the door (if safe), or reschedule delivery (additional fee may apply).

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once the order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation message or email. If delivery is delayed for any reason, our team will contact you promptly.

7. Special Instructions

You may leave notes during checkout (e.g., gate code, call before arrival, avoid ringing bell). We’ll follow them as best we can.

8. Events & Bulk Orders

For event setups (e.g., weddings, corporate gifting), please contact us at least 5–7 days in advance for coordination and delivery planning.
