At Grace Flowers.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

🕒 Standard Orders:

• Free cancellation is available within 1 hour of placing your order.

• After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as we begin preparing your customized arrangement or gift immediately.

🌹 Same-Day Orders:

• Due to the urgent nature, same-day delivery orders are non-cancellable once placed.

🎁 Customized or Personalized Orders:

• Orders with custom names, messages, or designs (e.g., personalized boxes, cards, or gifts) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order (within the eligible time window):

  Include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm if your order is eligible and process the cancellation if possible.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway.

4. Store Rights

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Payment issues or suspected fraud

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
