• Accurate delivery information must be provided. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt to leave the delivery with security, a neighbor, or reschedule (fees may apply).

6. Cancellations

• Same-day and customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.

• Refunds are only provided in cases of non-delivery, major damage, or errors proven and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
